Pre-Wedding

• Read through our different offerings and contact us with your wedding date and your desires for the painting (for example, the moment you’d like Ramón to capture the bride and groom, such as the ceremony or first dance).

• Receive your unique quote and sign our contract outlining what’s included in your package and the shipping and delivery plan. We ask for a 30% deposit + travel fee (based on cost of transportation and lodgings) within 14 days of signing.

• Once the contract is signed, we will hand-stretch your canvas, purchase fine oils and gather the rest of the materials in preparation for the wedding.

Wedding Day

Ramón arrives the day before your wedding to prepare himself with a good nights rest. The day of your wedding, he arrives before the guests to set up his easel, arrange his colors according to the ambiance of your wedding site and tie on his apron. He will begin the first wash of paint to set the scene as the guests arrive. Ramón will spend 4-5 hours during the event capturing the sights and feelings of of the evening. He will need a 6’ x 6’ space allocated for him and a meal during the evening, and guests are welcome to observe and ask him questions.

Post Wedding

If you’ve chosen the Expressionist package, your portrait is delivered the same evening (or next day). If you’ve chosen the Musée or Heirloom package we’ll bring the painting back to the studio to complete your desired finishes. Final shipping or delivery plan will be outlined in the contract.

What is included?

The live or post-event package of your choosing includes a hand-stretched canvas, fine art oils and all remaining materials needed for Ramon “Malerei” Peñaloza to create your portrait.

What’s not included?

Travel + lodging, and any shipping needed (only for Gallery and Heirloom packages)
